You know- I really can’t stand all the pomp and fluff at the hairdressers. That’s why today’s visit was a welcome relief. Professional? yes. Fun? Also Yes. Realistic? You betcha. I felt comfortable and in control of my hair. Listened to. Safe. That is what I want when I have to sit down and trust a stranger to envision what I see for myself.
