Alexandra was lovely and explained everything she was going to do to my face also advised on aftercare after the facial was done. I had medi+ facial which included dermaplane and microneedling which was the first time I had done and it was painless.

A perfectly professional positive experience. Andy made me feel at ease and want through the procedure throughly so I knew what was going to happen being my first time. Andy saw that I was feeling nervous and asked what I was nervous about and explained it all so well so I understood and squashed any worries. Reassured with promise of great aftercare. Jade is amazing, you're made feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Abi is also so lovely and you walk out feeling amazing. Jades one of the best hairdressers around and unique is such a special place with everything you need under one roof.

Alex has been helping me improve my skin drastically, I never knew I needed microneedling until she recommended it to me, now I can’t stop going on about how much my skin has benefitted from it and I’m not going back! less pores, managing hyperpigmentation better and all round soo glowy😌 it’s definitely been a process but I’ve really loved seeing her and the results🥰 thank you Alex, you amazing being xxx

Fantastic experience, I highly recommend Vicky’s facials. Mine involved microblading, microneedling and a soothing mask with cool globes to improve lymph drainage. Her facial massage technique is super-relaxing and adds to the whole pampering treatment. She’s also lovely to chat to too!

Excellent nails from Hiral, she was a perfectionist about getting them right and had her own really creative ideas! Always a lovely place to visit for nails.

Had microneedling with Sarah. The treatment was much more relaxing than expected and included a peel, use of light therapy and a sheet mask. My skin feels comfortable, has a glow and looks plumper. All steps / what to expect was explained beforehand which was highly reassuring. I can’t wait to see the longer-term results..

Had microneedling with Eleanor, she was super helpful in explaining the benefits before hand and assessing my skin to ensure it was safe to have it. Have already booked my next appointment!

Tried a microneedling facial for the first time and really enjoyed it. I was reassured throughout the process as it was a bit of unknown, my therapist checked I was comfortable too. It was a funny feeling, made me giggle actually - more of an active facial than a wholly relaxing one. But felt good to give my 40 year old hormonal skin some love! Fab aftercare advice. I’ll be booking the course for sure.

Would highly recommend Vicky! Not only does she make you feel super welcome and comfortable, she’s great at what she does too! Been going to her for my lashes now for several years, and recently tried her new treatments too including hydro jelly mask, LED light therapy and dermaplane facial which was lush! 😍 next to book on my list is brow lamination and microneedling! ❤️
