Fantastic service! We were greeted and seated promptly, and Amy was very thorough and knowledgeable- my son has very tricky hair, and she did a great job thinning it out and styling it properly. Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.
