Jen is an amazing hair dresser, she takes the time to talk to you and fine out what you really want and has an amazing knowledge of how the products she uses work. The experience of having my hair done was relaxing the end result was amazing thanks Jen I would highly recommend

Just had my haircut done by Lorie today, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She’s incredibly skilled, paying close attention to every detail while ensuring the cut suited my style perfectly. Camila was amazing, I had my patch test and consultation in regards to what I could do with my hair. She was very thorough and completely understood what I am looking for and gave me a few options. Really lovely experience here, the staff are very welcoming and regularly offered complementary drinks and snacks. It's obvious the staff really care about their clients and their clients satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, Kelly always checked in with me to see if I was happy with the colour, styling, etc. Not only was the customer service above satisfactory, but the hair turned out amazing and I would 100% recommend this salon. Such a lovely lady. I would highly recommend her. She did my daughters make-up and hair for her prom. She made her feel so comfortable and done exactly what she had asked for. My daughter absolutely loved the end result. She wa so happy and felt like a princess. Can't thank her enough to see my daughters reaction when she looked in the mirror when she had finished. Lovely experience with Jen. I initially had a consultation with Jen who gave some great ideas on how she could reform my very tired looking hair. She did not disappoint! Will definitely be going back.

Loving my new hair colour and hair style. Kendall and Kelly were really professional and they transformed my hair by stripping it down, colouring my roots and styling my hair and extensions to complement my natural colour and new look. Would highly recommend "Hair It Is" 🙂

I was so impressed with Jen, firstly I had a consultation, I was expecting just a patch test but instead I was warmly welcomed, sat down and walked through what it was that I wanted to achieve. Jen gave me so much confidence in terms of colour, cut and condition. I left feeling extremely excited in having my hair done, especially where I have not been to a salon for years due to using mobile hairdressers. Today was my appointment and I was not disappointed. Jen was fabulous, I absolutely love the results and Jen certainly delivered on all aspects. I would highly recommend Jen, thank you 😀
