Loved my 'me' time at the parlour. The girls are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I let Jamielee do her thing as I really didn't know what I wanted and she certainly didn't disappoint. My hair is amazing and I've come away feeling fabulous.

Ettie did a brilliant job with the colour. I was wanting to lose some of the warmth and have a more ashy look with blonde which is by no means easy on jet black Chinese hair. I love the finished look, as does my daughter!!! Love my new cut and the finish, Elle was fabulous in giving me a fresh new look and also loads of at home advice for styling it myself. Many thanks to both.

My 2nd visit and very happy with the service provided. Welcomed by two staff at reception and taken straight to a styling station. Offer a drink. Spoke with Felix before a trainee took me for my hair washed, this was lovely and I felt well pampered. Felix then cut and styled my hair, checking in with me throughout. My hair looks and feels great.

5 ✨ I had my hair cut for the first time today at The Beauty Spot today with the lovely Fiona and had a fantastic experience, such a lovely lady, it was very relaxing & love my haircut :) I will definitely be returning to Fiona for my hair in the future :) I also had my eyebrow wax & dermaplanning with the lovely Faye and had a lovely relaxing experience also.. Today I had my first visit to this salon. My hair looked terrible and was a challenge. After the visit I already know that I will stay with the guys. Full professionalism, hair looks beautiful. (my husband said the same thing when he saw me and he is always honest) and there is a nice atmosphere there, I felt relaxed. I highly recommend and give 11 out of ten stars.
