Ettie did a brilliant job with the colour. I was wanting to lose some of the warmth and have a more ashy look with blonde which is by no means easy on jet black Chinese hair. I love the finished look, as does my daughter!!! Love my new cut and the finish, Elle was fabulous in giving me a fresh new look and also loads of at home advice for styling it myself. Many thanks to both.

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

Very friendly and comfortable haircut, was kept in the loop during each step of the process and time was taken to ask about my own preferences/routine. Felt like I had a say and given plenty of opportunities to make adjustments if I wanted. An overall lovely and completely non-judgemental experience.

Better than any medicine a hair cut with Steph, won't go any where else

Right in the heart of the city on the second floor overlooking the iconic Bigg Market. Colourist and stylist Cheila is more than efficient and confident. She’s also a very accomplished cutter. If your visit to the hair salon is always fraught & full of trepidation try Lamina. Everyone is so friendly, talented and confident.

I want to thank Chloe at Allure Jesmond for making my nail experience very memorable. She took such good care of me, making sure I was happy with each design, colour and shape of my nails. This was the first time getting them done by Chloe and most certainly won’t be the last. She’s a fantastic nail tech and a lovely girl. She made me feel so comfortable and happy. Thank you so much Chloe, booking my next appointment asap with you :) x

Absolutely loved my time in the salon this morning, Lisa is absolutely amazing and definitely worth her weight in gold 🥇 My hair looks amazing and I'm confident I will have no problems styling it at home thanks to Lisa showing me exactly what I need to do ☺️ thank you, thank you and thank you again.
