From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Millie was so attentive from the consultation and explained more than any hairdresser ever has about all things hair. She is professional, passionate and has pays so much attention to detail. She has done an amazing job of colouring, cutting and styling my hair. The owner is also very friendly and has created a beautiful salon. In fact everyone was lovely, even the other client I encountered. The only hesitation I have in recommending the hair retreat is that I don’t want to struggle to get appointments 😜 Simply amazing 10/10. Thank u. M x

I had my haircut with a young girl who was training, Brooke-Leigh. She was very sweet, explained everything she was doing, asked for help when she needed it which I think is great. Very happy with my hair and enjoyed the pamper. Thank you :)

Thierry is an EXCELLENT stylist and created a beautiful cut for me that looks ace after a simple wash as well as styling: 100% recommend, he's a gem go get your hair cut with him!

Wonderful experience as per usual. Lovely staff, who are chatty and friendly. Literally the best hair wash in town too……I absolutely adore my extensions and would never go elsewhere in Portsmouth.
