The service has been stellar from beginning until the end. The booking process is easy and they were responsive on WhatsApp. The venue itself is tailored for kids & the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is so friendly and provided a detailed consultation on my daughter’s hair needs. The princess herself enjoyed her first salon visit and is already asking me when we can go again.

Just walked out of Tribe hair feeling absolutely fabulous! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. This was my daughter’s first experience at a salon as she is autistic. We have struggled to find a salon and we found this through a Google search. Rumbie did my daughter’s hair and she handled my daughter with care. She is very good with kids and extremely patient. Thank you Teens and Tots for this wonderful experience. We have found a spot and my daughter is extremely happy with her hair. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! I was warmly welcomed and quickly ushered to the wash station for an incredible wash and head massage. After that, my stylist consulted me and suggested what would be best for my hair re: cut. The stylist was friendly and efficient. I am super happy with the cut and would certainly go back again!
