Both my children aged 7 years old and 9 years old had their first ear piercings done with kay and it was a good experience for them both. kay made them and myself feel welcome and comfortable . The prices are very reasonable and the service from start to finish was great , even when the youngest got a little tearful after one ear was pierced kay helped her to stay calm and efficiently got the second ear done .
