Literally an incredible experience. Leia always absolutely nails it with the hair color, but this time I had a head massage and it was DIVINE! I carry so much stress in my head and jaw, and felt like butter afterwards. Leia was also able to identify exactly what parts of my jaw and neck were stiff, and she gave me some tips for managing on a daily basis. It’s so rare to find someone that offers scalp massage in London that’s also a hair stylist and can style your hair all cute after!!

Absolutely lovely. I had an appointment with Ursula. She was welcoming, attentive and such interesting company during the whole time. Did a great job with my hair and with proper suggestions for improvements. I am new to London and was searching for a new long term hairdresser. So glad I found this place. Love love love it!! Highly recommended.

Megy is the only hairdresser I can trust in London! She is very talented and always knows what will suit you better. Every time she gave me her advice and I trusted her she was right! Great haircuts and blow dry. I would not recommend anyone else !!

Aneda is an incredible hairdresser and stylist. Her experience and attention to detail shine through every time. I returned for a haircut and highlights, although I was rather indecisive about what exactly I was looking for. Aneda confidently took on the challenge - she knows what she's doing and effortlessly achieved great results, tailored to my particular type of hair and personality. Lauren is the best in the biz for extensions and colour. I’m always so happy with my hair - and she is also a very lovely lady; the whole experience at LuLu’s is tip top. I would highly recommend above all other extension salons in London (a lot of which will rip you off!)

Giovanni did an absolutely phenomenal job with my full head of blonde highlights and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Extremely impressed with the entire service.
