Oihana was great. She took time to understand any previous injuries/aches/pains and asked me how firm I like my massage. I could feel her ironing out all my knots and taking time to do this and checking after. My muscles - and I as a whole - feel so much more relaxed! Thank you, as ever, UCLH Staff Spa!

I had a very great and holistic sports massage with Siobhan and felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The massage came at a time when I was feeling drained and had tight muscles. many thanks to Siobhan and for the excellent service offered through the UCLH Spa. Much appreciated!

Amazing massage and hydration facial as always. I just wish there was a warm low lighting room you could relax in after your massage for 10-15 mins. That’s the only reason I have 4 stars otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Very clean atmosphere and place. Very relaxing and calm environment. The staff were great and kind and offered complimentary drinks. They offer different treatments like massages and facials. The facial I got felt very luxurious and my skin feels healthier. Would definitely recommend and come back here.

I've had much better facials. I went in 15 minutes late so the session was less than 30 minutes. She missed out exfoliating, mask and massage. I do a better job at home. I paid way too much for a this job. Not happy.
