Amazing massage and hydration facial as always. I just wish there was a warm low lighting room you could relax in after your massage for 10-15 mins. That’s the only reason I have 4 stars otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Oihana was great. She took time to understand any previous injuries/aches/pains and asked me how firm I like my massage. I could feel her ironing out all my knots and taking time to do this and checking after. My muscles - and I as a whole - feel so much more relaxed! Thank you, as ever, UCLH Staff Spa!

I had a very great and holistic sports massage with Siobhan and felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The massage came at a time when I was feeling drained and had tight muscles. many thanks to Siobhan and for the excellent service offered through the UCLH Spa. Much appreciated!

Today, I had the new Natura Bisse treatment and it was impressive. I would like to give a big thanks to the lovely Szandra for the wonderful treatment. Yesterday I had was the best facial I have ever had. Anjali was the beautician and all I can say is that she was very professional personable and excelled at her job. It was a Hydra Cleansing Facial and I came away with my skin looking the most radiant. I recommend her highly.

I had a fantastic hydro facial at Arena Spa and Beauty Clinic! The clinic was spotless and inviting, and the staff were so warm and attentive. They explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. My skin has never looked so fresh and glowing! Truly a top-notch experience—highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Very clean atmosphere and place. Very relaxing and calm environment. The staff were great and kind and offered complimentary drinks. They offer different treatments like massages and facials. The facial I got felt very luxurious and my skin feels healthier. Would definitely recommend and come back here.

I've had much better facials. I went in 15 minutes late so the session was less than 30 minutes. She missed out exfoliating, mask and massage. I do a better job at home. I paid way too much for a this job. Not happy.
