Best hair salon I’ve ever been to. The aesthetic in the salon is lovely and the girls are too. Very genuine, friendly personalities that put me at ease from the moment I walked in. Sam is so gentle at eyebrow threading that she’s actually the first person not to cause lots of pain and light sensitivity in my left eye. Deffo worth getting it done with her if it’s usually painful for you. Natalie is amazing at braids! The transformation actually crazy! She’s very quick and her braids are great quality. Love the knotless braids she does as well they are so so pretty. Highly recommended!

I just want to give a huge shoutout for going above and beyond to do my lashes last minute! I had to cancel my initial appointment due to childcare issues, and she was so understanding and accommodating, squeezing me in at the last minute. She truly saved the day! Lovely little studio, where you constant feel relaxed and at ease. This lady is super talented. The skin on my face feels amazing and my eyebrows and eyelashes look out of this world. I would highly recommended going to joanne. I won't go to anyone else.

Karolina is incredibly talented! Over the years, I've had my permanent makeup done on both my eyebrows and lips, and now I visit her for eyelashes. She truly is the best in Leeds! My eyelashes look so natural, feel super light and comfortable, and—most importantly—they last for weeks. The salon is absolutely beautiful and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Hands down, the best service in Leeds!

So attentive & really listens to what I wanted! I’m a big lover of wild nail art and nothing is too much for Sophie💕 I have a thing for constantly changing my nail shape & length too and Sophie never seems phased. Always got lush nails. As for my eyebrows & toes too. Wow wow wow. Perfect shape and tint colour for my skin tone on my brows and my toes always look cute even though it’s only me who sees them in these winter months but I know they look nice! An amazing range of colour gel to choose from too! Much more than I’ve seen in other places. Thank you Sophie x
