Lovely lady, made me feel very relaxed as I was a bit nervous. Very pleased with my appointment and with my new nails and eyelashes

As usual after spending an hour with Steph my legs hurt, same goes for my arms as well as every other muscle in my body, yet I keep returning. She knows her stuff, believes in you and can easily adapt exercises to suit your body to ensure you get the maximum out of that hour. She’s my accountability (and best friend) 🥰and it’s worth every penny. If you want to improve your fitness this lady is the lady to go to.

Love my visits to Emma for my eyelashes & eyebrows she is the best in the business .Always a smile on her face & enjoy our chats when we try & put the world to rights😂
