First trip to the salon today and definitely won't be my last. Was greeted by the lovely Lauren, my stylist, upon entry and was immediately shown where to wait and offered refreshments. Throughout my appointment, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and I can't praise Lauren enough. She was really friendly, listened to what I wanted and I'm very happy with the result. Once again another fantastic massage It's always such a joy to visit Mode. The salon is lovely, bright and very relaxing.. Melissa and Sarah are both lovely ladies, very professional and knowledgeable. I visit for massage, Botox and skin treatment. I will also be visiting to get an eyelash lift soon too. . Thank you x

Aimee was lovely and I was really happy with my hair. I did not give 5 stars due to the price. I have been to various hairdressers in Washington and this has been the most expensive. The curls should be included in the blow dry.

I had a lovely experience at Mode. The lady that did my lashes is very welcoming and friendly. My eyelashes look lovely and the atmosphere is really nice. The salon looks really good, fresh and clean.

The most welcoming people and always get the best haircut here. Such reasonable price as well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else x
