I had such a lovely afternoon at Natural Balance. I was looked after by Gosia and had the most amazing Swedish massive and acupuncture facial! I came away so relaxed and that’s what I needed! Highly recommend :) can’t wait to book again!

Fabulous experience as always - Rylee did amazing work as always, giving me the Halloween nails of my dreams! The atmosphere is great and all the techs are just so nice and welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails 💕

Amazing acupuncture :)

This was my first massage with Jin. I felt at ease immediately with her. She worked very deeply on my lower back and shoulders. I can feel the difference already. I am returning next week for acupuncture

Mili and JIN are wonderful hosts who create a welcoming environment. They have a reputation for attentive listening and going above and beyond to meet their clients' needs. While originally visiting for a nail treatment, I ended up receiving acupuncture for my back injury. Jin skillfully worked her magic, demonstrating attentiveness, and empathy, and providing aftercare advice. Thanks to her, my back was fixed, and I was able to walk properly again. Many thanks to Mili and Jin for their excellent care!

Jin is amazing! I booked a massage as I had neck, shoulder, lower back, ankle and heel pain. Jin suggested starting with acupuncture followed by a massage. I’d never had acupuncture before but the results were phenomenal. Almost instant relief from my pain. The massage was very firm and worked away the blockages in my legs, back and neck. For a small lady, Jin sure has extremely strong hands! I shall be going back very soon and will be recommending to everyone. Thank you so much.

Very stressed today so Jin changed what we had planned to do at 10am. I had a calming acupuncture and massage. I had a lot of water retention so it was the first time I have been in pain during a massage. This was released by the time she had finished so I had a much better day. About to sleep and it is great as I have a clear head. Goodnight.

I had an amazing massage and acupuncture treatment today with Steve. My shoulders were extremely tight and I had been having trouble with tingling, numbness and loss of strengh in my right hand/arm. I came out of the treatment feeling like I had new shoulders. I felt so relaxed and for once my shoulders felt like they were in the right place instead of up near my ears. Highly recommended.
