I have had a couple of facials now with Megan and they have been the most amazing, relaxing experiences! She talks in depth beforehand about your skin and what you would like to achieve from the facial and then uses a range of products and equipment throughout it. Instant results afterwards with the cleanest, glowy skin 🧖‍♀️ Such a cosy and welcoming cabin and very professional treatments! So worth it and cannot wait to return 🩷🩷

Tam was wonderful as ever. I've not seen her for 2 years due to moving 600 miles away, but was back in Maidstone so had to have a treatment or two from her. My facial and massage was fantastic, so relaxing and my face has never looked so fresh

Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

Had my first appointment at Remedi Medispa on 28th February. The clinic is very modern and welcoming. Kelly was very professional and friendly, and my wellness package was very pleasant experience. My skin feels radiant and plump. Look forward to my hydrafacial in four weeks .

I had a wonderful Tropic’s facial and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire appointment. Grace ensures that the consultation time is not rushed and demonstrates her knowledge of the products with ease, making it such an enjoyable experience. The products were chosen by us both and when applying, Grace would say which product was being used, something I really appreciated if I want to expand my own routine at home. I experienced a bespoke Tropics facial, totally tailored to my skin, and it was amazing! Grace was very knowledgeable and explained the products passionately and I learnt so much. The process was super relaxing and my skin felt wonderful afterwards. It’s really worth the experience as the products are so unique and really do the job. Grace’s attention to detail makes sure it’s a truly special experience!
