Excellent services!! The facial was so refreshing, the massage relaxing and simulating and the pedi was wonderful, she went above and beyond to hook me up. Truly felt like royalty as everyone was so pleasant and I got coffee to sip and chill, what esle can you ask for? I am pleased :) Highly recommend!!

This was my first facial and I am so pleased that I did it with Ms. Kasmira. She is practically the sweetest person I ever came across and made me feel so comfortable. She ensured I was okay and not in any pain throughout the entire process and was so thorough and gentle. My skin felt so light and well taken care of afterwards and I can’t wait to have another session! Already started recommending her because everyone should have an esthetician who explains everything so clearly and in depth, helps you find products that suit your skin type and she is just such a ray of sunshine!

The ambience was nice, and my service deliverer was very pleasant but a couple of suggestions for improvement would be to place a roll under your client's knees (it's extremely uncomfortable to lie flat on your back for long periods of time) and find a way to position one's neck more comfortably. There should be more pressure applied during the massage. I am used to having my neck and upper chest included in a facial. I did enjoy the massage but because I lay flat on my back too long I left with some discomfort in my back.

Had a deep cleansing facial done with Karrigan. Let's just say, Relax Med added another gem to their team! I always schedule an appointment whenever I visit Trinidad. Service is the best. He knows what he's doing, especially when it comes to muscle recovery for athletes. Second time doing the men's facial, after two weeks of sun-damage in Trinidad, my skin definitely improved after the visit.
