From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding! My Daughter had had a previous bad experience with Acrylic nails elsewhere and was desperate to get them removed as well as having what she originally wanted. She was given expert advice here and in the end, went with gel builder for her finger nails. She wanted a particular pattern which was no problem for the lady to do and ensured throughout that my daughter was ok with everything. 100% will be returning, and have already made the appointment!!

Sophie got me holiday ready - waxing and gel toes. Even managed to do gel nails whilst I was having my hair coloured, so flexible and accommodating but more importantly the treatments are to a very high standard.

As always, I was made to feel very welcome and discussed what I wanted on my nails. I picked a sparkly red nail gel, it is Christmas after all! Natalie is so thorough in everything she does and always gives helpful tips. Absolutely love my nails and look forward to getting them done each time. Thank you 😊

Been getting my nails done off Megan for over 2 years now…had acrylics, builder, normal gel & gel toes. Always love them, they last ages, polish never chips and she is amazing at designs. She always knows how to bring what I’m thinking to life! Would highly recommend xxx

Today, I visited the SKR Beauty Clinic in Newcastle and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Korean Glass Skin Medifacial with Sim. Sim is amazing; she made me comfortable and explained the entire process. She is very experienced and answered all of my questions. My skin is glowing, and I love it. I have found my new favourite place for facials. I highly recommend this place for incredible experiences and facials. Thank you, Sim!

Went to Maggie Mays for the first time last week and was absolutely over the moon with my builder gel nails! So happy I have now found somewhere I can come regularly ! Going to book an appointment at the hairdressers there too. Lovely and friendly atmosphere !

Lydia is so welcoming and her beauty room is lovely! First time having builder gels after years of acrylics which have left my nails paper thin. She took her time, was thorough and I didn’t feel like she was rushing which I have found with other nail techs. I am over the moon with my nails and I’ve already got my next appointment booked in!
