Upon my arrival, the staff were very polite and friendly. My nail tech, Hazel, was very softly spoken and gentle natured. My nails, thanks to her, have never looked better! I have gotten Soft Gel Tips before at other establishments but the quality of prep work, shaping, painting and overall service of my nails was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Highly recommend going to BOA!

Sue is a nail genius! She doesn't just do nails, she creates masterpieces. Her attention to detail, combined with her warm and friendly demeanor, makes every visit a treat. My nails have never looked or felt better! Sue truly cares about her clients and it shows in every aspect of her work. I've been going to Ellah for more than 10 years. I've tried other places in between, but always come back as she is the best. I have gell nails and toes, which can last up to 5 weeks with Ellah. The BEST pedicure, as i have very dry and cracked heels. My brow shaping also always looks great.

Service was great. Shop is well fitted and looks welcoming and fresh. I think the hostess needs to be more familiar with the options available. She seemed a bit flustered when helping a walk in while I was in the store. I was happy with my nails and my feet gel...will definitely recommend the salon to my network .

every one is always so friendly i have struggled for so long that when i get my nails dont they last long do to the fact that i have very fragile nails, I went to one of the nail techs she fixed a set that wa lifting then appointment she did a gel layover for me, and it has lasted me roughly a month. and i have closed a door on my nails and as well as burnt my finger including the nail nothing has lifted or broken off. honestly amazing.

I got the best set of gel nails I’ve ever had – they’re absolutely perfect! The attention to detail and quality of the work is like no other. I’m beyond happy with how they turned out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend

My sister and mom recommended doing my nails with Monique and let me tell you, I owe them!! My nails look absolutely amazing. I had Gelx tips put on and Monique was so precise and she just made me feel so comfortable. Unlike salons, she takes her time and focuses on the details. I highly recommend her!!!
