An exquisite massage and the perfect customised healing session. Jorge is intuitive but really listens and caters the massage to meet your needs. I can’t wait to book again. Best massage I have had, Sarah-Jayne is an excellent therapist, felt immediate benefits from my treatment, her care and attention was 1st class, the ambience of the room was perfect, helping to put me at ease. Sarah-Jayne is so knowledgeable in her craft, but also has the personal touch to make the experience so special. I would highly recommend this form of massage to newcomers, as a 1st timer myself, I will be booking further treatments, in the next few months.

I recently had the pleasure of having two treatment's with Alaine at Om Holistic's: foot reflexology and a back massage, and I can't recommend her enough!

Such a fantastic treatment! I booked a deep tissue massage to help with general aches and relaxing after travelling a lot for work recently. I love that BiFLX visit so you can relax in your own space. The treatment was totally customised, and BiFLX asked me thoughtful questions and guided me through the treatment, my shoulders feel so much better. BiFLX also showed me helpful exercises and stretches that I can do myself. I’ve already booked my next treatment, 100% recommend booking in with BiFLX.

This week I decided to prioritise my needs and I treated myself to reflexology & a much needed back, shoulder & neck massage. Being a therapist myself I fully appreciate how relaxing reflexology is for the whole body, but I have to say Alaine's reflexology was the best I have ever experienced & I highly recommend. In addition the soothing and destressing massage on my back neck & shoulders was incredibly relaxing and I actually learnt a couple of techniques from Alaine that I will add to my own practice. I can only say I am absolutely gutted that I don't live in the UK but I will be back!!!

I was in a lot of pain and tense when I had my massage done I felt so relaxed and at ease Alaine did a brilliant job made me feel so relaxed and felt so so much better after my massage. I had a fantastic neck and shoulder massage and after I was left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed with less knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders.

My first visit to Om Holistic and Alaine’s lovely sanctuary. I had an Ageless Grace facial, which addressed my skin concerns and smelled gorgeous. Followed by reflexology, which was so relaxing it put me to sleep! Can’t wait to return for a twilight massage soon.

I had one of the best experiences with my first holistic treatment.... From the moment I arrived, Alaine explained in detail all the information about which oils I would be using and how they would suit me! I had a relaxing back massage and a wonderful facial! The atmosphere was very peaceful and I was given all the time I needed. Alaine is extremely professional and cares about the client's wellbeing. I would definitely return and recommend her.
