I was frightened to death at the whole experience as I have never had a tattoo in my life. Rachel made me feel comfortable at ease and welcome. I don't know what all the fuss was about. Love the end look.

I had the tattoo eyebrows done. Plenty of numbing cream was used to make this treatment comfortable. I experienced no pain at all and they've healed well. Overall an excellent result and experience!!

Rachel is so lovely and professional. She has extensive knowledge of laser tattoo removal and can answer any questions I have and always puts me at ease. I’d definitely recommend her
