Had a great first experience with laser tattoo removal today. J&H laser are super friendly and made me feel comfortable the minute i walked in and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend them for lovely customer service and professionalism!

I had my first laser removal session with J&H today and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable! They were both so informative and reassuring, I felt in really safe hands. The process itself was slightly uncomfortable but nothing near as bad as I thought it would be. I’d been in for a patch test previously where the laser removal process was explained thoroughly. Between appointments J&H have been available to answer any questions I’ve had. I know exactly what settings have been used for my treatment and why, as well as the appropriate aftercare. Looking forward to seeing the final results!

I had a really nice experience with Paris. She was really knowledgeable and talked to me through what we were doing and why we were doing it and I felt really comfortable and I would definitely come back here again.
