Had a deep tissue massage from Sam it was amazing I had a lot of pain in my shoulder/shoulder blade which she worked and revealed a lot of pain for me as I do a lot of heavy lifting. Defo recommend.

I have had sports massages with Lydia for the last two years. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, and the massages are effective in improving my mobility. I always leave feeling much better and receive helpful advice on recovery. I highly recommend Lydia for a quality sports massage.

Amazing sports massage, sorted my lower back and hip pain.

I had a deep tissue massage yesterday for the first time. Lydia was great, she made me feel very comfortable and worked on my shoulders and neck where I needed it the most. Lydia was really helpful and also gave me great advice for my muscle pains and also the headaches I get that are caused from my muscle pain. I would recommend!
