10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had a facial, massage and pedicure., and I feel like new. Stacy was very professional and made me quite comfortable. Her sense of ensuring that the customer was satisfied and understood what was being done was refreshing and appreciated. And of course, it was cool to have a pedicure while eating cheese and crackers and sipping on something delightful. Planning for my next visit.

I had warm bamboo massage which was nice. The beverage was a nice touch and the customer service was excellent. I would have liked if there was relaxing sound during the massage. Additionally, a diffuser with an essential oil would have elevated the experience.

I had the pro collagen age defy facial and tagged on my complimentary 10 minute back and neck massage beforehand. The whole treatment was divine, my spa therapist Janelle was personable, experienced and excellent. Would thoroughly recommend to any hotel or visiting guests!

Nice set up and environment. The two ladies who helped us and administered our treatments were friendly, warm and excellent in the session themselves. We had the Karma Rejuvenate -Full Body Body Swedish Massage + ELEMIS mini Facial treatment which I would recommend. Great experience and I'll definitely come back and would recommend trying Karma Spa for yourself.

I really enjoyed the 1 hour Swedish massage. I was relaxed enough to fall asleep. The 1 hour anti aging massage was wonderful. My skin felt much smoother afterwards. The massage therapist and facialist was the same (Nakita).

It was great. I truly felt the difference before the end of the massage. It was my second time and I enjoyed both experiences.

Facial was fabulous! She really took her time finding everything that could be extracted, and the whole session was very relaxing with scalp, shoulder and arm massages while masks did their thing. I truly felt so pampered.
