I’ve booked my 6 sessions with Hera and she’s actually amazing, the girls that work there are so good aswell. Everyone’s lovely. Been for one laser session and my hair has barely grown back. Even had mine and my husbands hydro facial and wow my skin has never felt better

It was my 2nd time having a facial with Olivia and I just loved it!! My skin is glowing and looking flawless. Olivia really looks after you and your skin and also gives tips to keep the same glow at home. Her set is really comfy and clean and tidy up. You really get comfortably during the session. Thank you so much Olivia!! And yes, I have already booked my 3rd session ☺️

The best. The stress levels were at crisis mode and the rest of my day post full body deep tissue was at pure bliss mode that rubbed off on everyone I encountered. Also got so many compliments of how lovely my face and skin looked(unknowing of my treatment) which I completely agree with. That facial massage combined with the full body was magical. Lucy is pure soulful magic. I felt nice. I smelt nice and I even looked nice after. 20/10 ✨

5 star service, had a vampire facial and lip filler treatment . Trisha listened to everything and was very light handed when doing the treatment. This made the procedure less painful. Aftercare advice given, with face mask and vitamin E cream for recovery. I will be back and recommend her to others. Thank you and see you soon. X

I had the deluxe facial which was amazing and so unbelievably relaxing. So much so I nodded off a few times. I also had the deluxe natural nails as I don't really wear nail polish often but wanted them tidied up. They look so much better now. Thank you

It was good I love the machines really nice feeling but my skin colour didn't change I thought it will be bright but was ok but I loved getting massage and facial done.

I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Vicki was very attentive and checked in with me on a few occasions to make sure I was warm/cool/comfortable. She was very professional and friendly and I prefer to not go to a salon so it was perfect for me. Vicki explained everything to me beforehand so I knew exactly what was happening. Such a lovely experience from start to finish, from herbal tea at start, warm bed, soft towels, warmth & scents. I had Gua Sha Luminous Lift Facial which was so relaxing, which included neck massage & shoulder which was amazing. Alaine is such a lovely lady, such a calming studio & when finished I was given another herbal tea, and time to get ready slowly at the end, everything was so just relaxed & was no rush, and was given herbal bath salts too. Lauren has been doing my eyebrows regularly for a couple of years and always does a great job. This was the first time I had had a facial with her and it was just divine! Such a relaxing experience and my skin still feels amazing days later, I’ll definitely be having another one!

Another amazing treatment today from Alaine, the facial was like nothing I’ve ever had before! Such a sensory experience and loads of massage, which is my favourite part. I also went for the back facial, or bacacial as my daughter tells me it’s called that.

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️
