First time bikini waxer here, I was fearful of the service but I 10/10 recommend, Bella was AMAZING. Very professional, clean, neat, informative and most importantly, very gentle! I was surprised at the absence of the pain I expected. If you have anxiety like me, she doesn’t rush you or the service so you feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back for all my waxing needs when I come to do my facials. Thanks B

All three services were great, however I had to wait an hour between my facial and my body scrub. Unacceptable - the reservation was scheduled far in advance so ample time was given to prepare. This should not happen for an appointment.

This was my first experience. The ambiance is great. The facial and upper body massage were wonderful, thorough and capably done by a male representative. He was very professional indeed. The assigned nail technician knows her work and did a good job, but she needs some interactive and customer centric skills as she came off a little abrasive at times.

Mishka is very good at communicating with her clients during spa services. You are bound to feel comfortable. The upper back massage was relaxing and relieved the tension in my muscles. I loved the hot towel effect at the end. This helps to improve circulation by dilating the blood vessels. My microdermabrasion facial was amazing as usual! The background music added an aesthetic touch. I'll definitely be back.
