Every time I have a reflexology/reiki treatment with Caroline, I leave feeling relaxed and energised at the same time, it’s a wonderful feeling. Lovely practice and lovely reception staff. Thank you!

i went for reflexology with an open mind see if it would help my aging body (i'm 52) and wow what an experience i was able to bend my knee without pain for first time in forever i can't describe the sensations but it was weirdest experience is all i can say it was amazing i had a session with caroline and rebooked straight away

I can’t recommend Lucy enough! I had the reflexology and leg massage and everything about it was amazing. Lucy put me at ease straight away, explained the treatment and sought information on what I’d like to get from the session. She then began the treatment with some breathing exercises to help me relax and get the most out of the experience. It was so good that I booked my next appointment there and then!

Great service. Easy to book and locate. Felt really relaxed afterwards. Would recommend.

Had a lovely experience today for my Indian head massage and foot reflexology I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease straight away and after the treatment was Evan more relaxed the little extra touches made it Evan more off lovely experience cup of tea n biscuits after plus some bath salts just made it feel so much more special thankyou

I recently had the pleasure of having two treatment's with Alaine at Om Holistic's: foot reflexology and a back massage, and I can't recommend her enough!

This week I decided to prioritise my needs and I treated myself to reflexology & a much needed back, shoulder & neck massage. Being a therapist myself I fully appreciate how relaxing reflexology is for the whole body, but I have to say Alaine's reflexology was the best I have ever experienced & I highly recommend. In addition the soothing and destressing massage on my back neck & shoulders was incredibly relaxing and I actually learnt a couple of techniques from Alaine that I will add to my own practice. I can only say I am absolutely gutted that I don't live in the UK but I will be back!!!

My first visit to Om Holistic and Alaine’s lovely sanctuary. I had an Ageless Grace facial, which addressed my skin concerns and smelled gorgeous. Followed by reflexology, which was so relaxing it put me to sleep! Can’t wait to return for a twilight massage soon.

I really enjoyed my first reflexology session with Caroline. She talked me through the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions I had. The treatment was very relaxing and feel it has been beneficial. I’m looking forward to my next session. Would highly recommend Caroline and her reflexology treatments.

Alaine was very professional and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I have never had reflexology before so didn’t know what to expect. Alaine guided me through the process but at the same time allowing me time to enjoy some much needed peace and quiet! I will definitely have this treatment again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Alaine.

Really lovely experience! It was my first ever massage and felt so relaxed after. The space is so beautifully decorated, the massage bed was heated and the therapist used a few of my favourite smells as essential oils for the massage. The treatment truly helped my back and shoulder so much. Definitely recommend this treatment, I've enjoyed it a lot!

A very relaxing experience from start to finish made even better with the little extras. Everything had been very well thought out and I liked that you are given an extra bit of time at the end to soak in the relaxation and aren’t made to feel like you have to rush to leave. Alaine was very friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another treatment.
