Gemma is such an asset to so many athletes in this area. Her recovery centre has been a much needed clinic for so long. Were really lucky to have someone of such high calibre, like Gemma. Would definetly recommend & will be continuing to use KORE as my recovery centre.

KORE HQ was unbelievable ! Feeling relaxed, refreshed & recovered. My partner and I experienced both the natural Sauna & ice bath. Gemma is incredible at what she does, professional, calming & insightful with everything she does. Highly recommend & we will be back!
