I’ve never had a reflexology treatment before, Nikki talked me through the process and discussed what would be beneficial to me. She is really knowledgeable, kind and friendly and the treatment was so relaxing. Highly recommend giving this a try.

My sons first time ever having reflexology, he struggles with anxiety and pressures of life but he bottles it up so sleep and proper relaxation is very low. He loved going to see Clare and felt relaxed afterwards and sleepy (yay) he wants to go again the worlds most ticklish kid aswell!

I have never had this treatment before and have already booked for next month, I know when you go for a relaxing treatment your supposed to be quiet and enjoy but me and clair chatted right through. I still felt completely relaxed. I can't recommend her enough. What a lovely lady. Thanks clair xxx
