Lovely session tonight after quite a few weeks off, i have been on quite a journey so far with Lucy and she has been with me every step of the way on the ups and the downs and she has given me guidance, i feel really very thankful to have Lucy in my life xx We spoke about the next steps tonight and what that may look like and what i do know is that i still want to continue working with Lucy x

Not knowing what to expect from the initial session with Lucy I was a little bit anxious. That feeling soon melted away once we got talking. She listened to what I had to say and made me feel really relaxed. I left the session feeling positive about my goals and that's before even starting any actual therapy. I am very much looking forward on going on this journey with her help.

Lucy is brilliant and through her work with me has helped me put in place the necessary tools to help me conquer my fear. Lucy is phenomenal. I Have been having hypnotherapy & general therapy for the past few months and I have never felt this way after other therapy sessions in the past. Lucy doesn't just listen and nod she actually helps me in so many ways during and after these sessions with recordings, tips, advice and books to read. I feel so much more educated on myself and others, this means the relationship with myself has improved, and the relationship I have with others has improved greatly. Lucy is very professional and has a vast range of experience. I had never been to hypnotherapy before and my experience has been amazing.

Lucy has worked through my health anxiety issues with me for several weeks now,and i am now seeing massive improvement in me.
