Building on the considerable progress already made by manipulating my hips and legs to free up the damage caused by my sciatic nerve problems. Further exercises provided to build on this progress.

Definite progress being made and pain levels diminishing. Follow up exercises suggested to maintain current tradjectory.

Hands on soft tissue treatment getting to the base of the problem, followed by instructions on suitable exercises to be undertaken

Very detailed diagnosis followed by hands on deep tissue massage, which while uncomfortable at times,appeared to get to the root of the problems. Follow up exercises demonstrated and then attempted by me.

What immediately impressed me during my first appointment with Nick was he LISTENED. And thus understood I wasn’t looking for an exercise program that would ‘reinvent the wheel’ (ie. help me run a marathon or reach Base Camp at Everest). Instead he grasped I was looking for someone to help restore my ‘dignity’ after suffering a spinal injury, and devised a series of small, deft exercises and workouts which didn’t require any wall-length mirrors or gym-priced pieces of elaborate kit to perform at home. The end result…? Confidence AND dignity restored. Job done!!!
