I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. It was amazing I could feel the energy of the crystals I can put feeling energized and completely happy I'm finding myself humming and singing something I have not done in a long time. I absolutely love this place, the service is beyond amazing. I've been to many places for a massage and this one has been the best one yet. The quality of the massage and the atmosphere from the booking process down to the very end it is absolutely 10/10. Just overall amazing. There's not enough words that can express how incredible it was. I definitely recommend to everyone

Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

My. hour long Aromatherapy massage was wonderful. Those tension knots gone and feeling much less stressed The facial was also a lovely experience. I had the perfect afternoon at Drangonfly skin day spa, Malaika and Barbora were so lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease, I had never had the floatation therapy before and Malaika was great in explaining everything .
