I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. It was amazing I could feel the energy of the crystals I can put feeling energized and completely happy I'm finding myself humming and singing something I have not done in a long time. First time having Reiki and with Michelle. Was not sure what to expect but I can not recommend it enough not only is Michelle lovely and but me at ease the reiki it so calming and uplifting. Makes you think of things differently I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place, the service is beyond amazing. I've been to many places for a massage and this one has been the best one yet. The quality of the massage and the atmosphere from the booking process down to the very end it is absolutely 10/10. Just overall amazing. WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Really enjoyed the thai package including full body massage and reflexology. The treatment room was so peaceful, the music, temperature was good. Baboa was very skilled and I felt like I was innexpert hands. Thank you so much for such a zen experience.

Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

My. hour long Aromatherapy massage was wonderful. Those tension knots gone and feeling much less stressed The facial was also a lovely experience. Natasha as always was polite friendly and helpful particularly when I had a brief coughing episode part way through. Her treatments are amazing and would recommend her every time. Thank you Natasha
