I went for a sports massage with Luke and I can’t recommend him enough! His expertise and experience is incredible. I told him my issue, he identified it and then also got up a visual aid to confirm and further explain the treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. During the treatment he suggested that we try cupping. He spoke through exactly what it was before starting; it was definitely the right thing for me!

First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. Was great to see somebody who cared about helping me and didn’t just give me a sheet of paper with exercises on. Already booked for 2 weeks time and would highly recommend to anyone with an injury, post surgery ( like myself) or looking for treatment. Loverly clinic space and environment.

It was a great shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff who had everything that I needed! I will definitely be going back.
