Vicky really helped me during 10 sessions, she has a very calm manner and is very easy to talk to. She has given me many tools to use to help me manage my situations. I really enjoyed being able to walk with her in the park, it’s so relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend her.

my experience of this session was different than any other, because I could finally realised how to resolve or act differently about my long term great.
