I cannot thank you enough for being so kind and patient with Mya! You were just what she needed. When you're scared, anxious and autistic, but dying for your ears pierced, it's not easy! But the calmness and patience helped her no end, she's absolutely thrilled with herself and I couldn't he more grateful!

I recently had an incredible experience at The Avalon Rooms. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions. They took hygiene very seriously, using sterile equipment and maintaining a clean environment, which immediately put me at ease. I chose to get a nose piercing, and the piercer walked me through every step of the process. The piercing itself was quick and far less painful than I expected, thanks to their expertise and gentle technique.

Absolutely first class. The lady that greeted us was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome. The lady that pierced our ears was brilliant. I was very nervous and she completely made me feel at ease. It was so quickly and efficiently done but absolutely not rushed. The care taken over making sure everything was right was very evident, and everything was explained to us. Even when we'd had it done, the initial lady spoke to us again with more help and advice on aftercare. If I ever get a pirecing again I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely love this shop, it’s the hidden gem of Witney. The staff are so friendly and the shop itself is immaculate. So many lovely trinkets to choose from and a wide range of beautiful jewellery. I brought my 16 year old twins here for facial piercings with Meg and she was so lovely. Will definitely be coming here again xx
