i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

Chloe has worked miracles on my rotator cuff injury, my range of movement has increased from about 50% to 95% - which is great after 3/6 months of physios giving me not very good exercises. I would highly recommend her

Really good session with Rhys and my son really enjoyed it, was also good seeing all the coaches and how they interacted with the other attendees. Good atmosphere and all coaches welcoming, positive and really good with parents and kids. Highly recommended
