Visiting Arran at the Physio Clinic was a turning point. His expertise and confidence were evident from the start. He consistently evaluated my progress and adjusted his instructions, even reaching out with updates and new strategies. I'm not only fully recovered but also in better shape. Arran is knowledgeable, straightforward, and focused. I highly recommend him.

Made an appointment due to knee pain after a bad twist. Arran was very professional, knowledgeable and a good, sympathetic listener. He explained what he thought was the problem, showing diagrams to illustrate what it could be and ruling out other causes with an examination. I felt very confident and happy he could help as everything he said made sense. Also he didnt rush through anything and always asked if i had any questions. We have come up with an exercise plan for next couple of weeks and I will return for review after that. Happy about this course of action and that I am in good hands!

I visited the Physio Clinic in Glasgow with back pain. After my first session with Robb I felt reassured that he will support me to manage the issue and get back to full fitness. Having had many physio's in the past it was good to meet one who has new, fresh ideas. He was professional, easy to talk to and listened really well. Thanks Robb!

Blair was very informative about my knee problem and set a very easy to follow rehab plan , follow up appointment was great and I can see/feel the progress made. Adapted my rehab plan going forward and I now have little to no pain and can carry on with my fitness journey.

Within 2 weeks I could move my shoulder and neck with a minimal amount of pain, now I can add weights and start getting back to my normal fitness regime.

Been coming to Robb since the end of June with a damaged rotator cuff. Extremely painful when I started my physio and now 2 months later I’m almost completely pain free. Takes time to explain the problem and has given me various exercises to take away that can be done at home and in the gym. Always followed by a prompt email to describe the exercises incase I’ve missed anything. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing . I’ve had issues with my shoulder for years , been to 3 different physios and they have only ever helped the pain for a few days by massaging or cupping etc . I came to see Robb and he examined my shoulder , he gave some exercises to do and monitored my shoulder . Now my shoulder is the strongest it’s ever been and lifting a lot heavier in the gym . They have a gym inside their unit which is class as they take you in and go over the exercises with you and make sure your form and weight is right . Highly recommend

Aaran is an absolute rare find. He listens to everything in a unique way to find solutions suitable for you. I have been struggling for a very long time with pain and been unable to get back to the gym. I now see light at the end of the tunnel thanks to Aaran.

Arran made me feel extremely comfortable in my first session. He is really knowledgeable in his profession and explained everything in plain terms. He made me feel so comfortable going over the exercises in a gym setting, which normally makes me so nervous. Iv came away with feeling like I'm going to improve my issues. Fantastic experience at this clinic. The physio Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. I was slightly concerned about some lower back pain I've been experiencing, but Rob was able to work pinpoint exactly what was going on and set in motion a plan to get me back on track. I would highly recommend this clinic.
