This was my first appointment with Kara, through a referral/recommendation. I suffer from plantar fasciitis. As soon as I met Kara, she made me feel at ease and immediately knew where the pain stems from. Her expertise and knowledge is amazing. She explains everything during the treatment and knows exactly how to treat the pain. I felt so much lighter and happier that I found an expert who knows exactly where to target the problem. I've been a loyal client of Kara's for too many years to count now and I constantly recommend her to everyone! She's extremely welcoming, non-judgemental, empathetic and knowledgeable. I see her regularly for massage as well as other amazing treatments like needling, ear candling and cupping which all help me look after my body with the active job that I have. If you have an injury, old or new, Kara is your woman as she will find the source and do her best to relieve it everytime!
