Amazing and definitely recommend, only been out my treatment 15 minutes and looking at when I can return already. Jane is lovely and extremely welcoming. She made me feel at total ease and then explained everything to me once my treatment was done.

Amazing. Best massage I have ever had. Relaxing and reviving. I’ve had a chest infection for a month and felt so much better after this massage. The hot stones combined with the oils and Jane’s expertise were amazing and I will be back.

Absolutely amazing morning here! Tried all 4 treatments- hyperbaric oxygen, red light whole body, dry sauna and the dreaded cold plunge!!! What a fab place and the staff were very supportive and welcoming. First class 1:1 treatment here. Well worth it!!! Will go back 100%.

My treatment with Jane was by far the best massage I've ever had (and I've had quite a few)! I had the thermal heated back massage and would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone! As well as the hot stones and warm oil, Jane also used heated towels, provided a foot cleanse and scalp massage - lots of little touches that were unexpected but made it feel really special and even more relaxing. Amazing value for money and a really nice environment, Jane was also really friendly and warm - I will definitely be returning! Thank you

I was greeted by a lovely girl who was very knowledgeable about the treatments and really gave me good advice. I used the infrared light therapy bed, it was my second 30minute session and I can honestly say that my skin has improved in appearance already! I will definitely be returning.

Me and my husband decided to try the Infrared Therapy Bed. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The space is very relaxing and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Eye masks are provided and towels. The experience was very relaxing and I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other therapies. Thank you.

The treatment I had was lovely I will be booking again! The lady on reception was so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend it!

Loved my experience! All services were great I especially enjoyed the cold plunge and sauna, the full body red light therapy was the perfect thing to finish it all off and would highly recommend. Cara was very welcoming and polite & walked me through each step.

Meeting Jane for the first time was lovely..she totally put me at ease x The whole experience was fabulous and very relaxing. I have booked again !😀
