I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

Fawn & Lashae provided top tier services and professionalism. The massage was divine & I felt like I was floating after the pedicure. The ladies were very warm & kind to my friend & I. Natasha is knowledgeable about her craft and I thoroughly enjoyed my radiance facial which helped renewed my skin after some sun burn my eyebrows were arched to perfection and the "walkabout" pedicure was well done and not rushed...I will be returning again to try these and other services on offer because of the cost, cleanliness and professionalism found at Encore.

It was my first time ever getting a pedicure. Natasha was very gentle and made sure that I was comfortable. The experience was very relaxing and truthfully, I was ready to sleep afterwards 🤣. 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming.
