I had a couple of issues that needed attention. Molly was friendly and professional , quickly getting to the root of the problems. A massage on the problem areas helped and sent exercises to continue at home. Would definitely recommend.

Lisa was excellent. As a runner, i was coming off the back of competing and training for the past 4 weeks and despite regular stretching, my legs needed a good massage, with Lisa getting in and able to help my legs recover and now feeling so much better. Thank you

Megan tested and identified specific areas with a full commentary on what was going on, why, and all the while with enthusiastic encouragement that with correct rehab, I’ll be able to continue with my training. Megan was extremely professional yet sympathetic to the frustration and pain/irritation of trying to run and exercise with a long-standing injury. Thank you, and now time to do the homework!
