I've been seeing Fiona for a number of years. Initially we were trying to help me meet a specific exercise goal by improving my mobility, but since then she's continued to help me address regular niggles as well as rehabilitating some longer-term injuries. I always feel better and move more freely after I've visited her for a massage. It's always a pleasure to see her and my husband has now also started having appointments to help with his back pain.

I have had Botox plenty of times before but never with the level of detail in the consultation that I got with Andrew, I also thought his needling was remarkable, almost painless and clearly very experienced. Great results and a lovely welcoming facility. I’ll be back!

Fiona is fantastic, she has helped me come back from injury much stronger and with techniques on managing things going forward. She has helped structure my training to help with my long term running goals and has added progressions in as my strength has improved.

A perfectly professional positive experience. Andy made me feel at ease and want through the procedure throughly so I knew what was going to happen being my first time. Andy saw that I was feeling nervous and asked what I was nervous about and explained it all so well so I understood and squashed any worries. Reassured with promise of great aftercare. Always professional and gives good advice! Helps you to identify your goals and sends exercise/therapy plan online with video links on how to complete the exercise. (Good for me who has a memory like a sieve!) would definitely recommend.

Last minute booking which was really convenient. Fiona was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what I needed, working with/around my injury. Could have stayed for another hour easily! Will be back again

Second Appointment to follow up on previous treatment. Great tracking of the progress made, comfortable environment and personable therapist.

Arrived with unexplained back pain. Assessed my biomechanics before treatment, targeted massage to release tension and exercises to complete at home. Explained what was causing the pain and fingers crossed the pain will now ease. Feel better already
