I booked an appointment with Vee through Fresha, and I’m so glad I did! She took the time to discuss the state of my hair and what styles would work best for me during the consultation. She also answered any questions I had about my hair. Her approach was incredibly professional and thoughtful, and she was so gentle with my hair throughout the entire process. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does, and her attention to detail is amazing. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment. Highly recommend! 10/10

Great experience! I was looking for a place where the professional would understand I didn't want my hair shorter than it is. I'm glad I went here, because the cut is great and it's not shorter: they gave my hair a beautiful and modern shape. Another great haircut and colour

Second appointment for my teenage daughter. First was for box braids, second for a wash, deep conditioning treatment and straighten. Both appointments were really good and she said how gentle and pain free both were. She has very thick hair which some salons cannot handle. Her hair looks really healthy, soft and shiny.. Will be returning

This is my 2nd time coming to Chan, this time I had my tapes removed then retaping maintenance and a trim on my natural hair. Overall experience was 10/10 and has been each time I’ve come. I cannot express how grateful I am for my experience today! After a past hair disaster, I walked in feeling so insecure and anxious, but this amazing stylist worked miracles! She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Situations like this can feel so daunting, but from the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The salon itself was clean, warm, and spacious, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Honestly, I felt like I’d known her for years! We need more safe spaces like this—thank you for making me feel confident again! I’ll definitely be back.
