Excellent can't fault it. Due to my ignorance, I booked the incorrect nail treatment online, unyet when I arrived for my appointment I explained what I actually wanted and was accommodated without being made to feel awkward, even though I did feel bad, but Emilia was absolutely lovely. Hannah did my Botox and immediately put me at ease as I always get nervous for injections. She distracted me with a lovely chat and and it was done in 10 minutes! Thank you!
