Jay is awesome and really makes me feel at ease. Being hearing impaired having a haircut can cause lots of anxiety and he is very helpful and aware of this. He also does a great cut !

Our first time with Jay and we think he is a great addition to the team! My 8 year old is pretty picky when it comes to hair and as always, he came out happy with his cut! My 5 year old and hubby also come to Black Diamond Cromwell and we can always be confident we will be getting quality style out of this fun, relaxed team!!
