Jade had a great "bedside manner" in removing my skin tags and moles. Over the course of 3 sessions, she removed around 3 dozen issues. She went in order of difficulty, starting with the trickiest, so that by the end of the session, what was left was barely visible.

Wow, this is the best deal I bought on Groupon. All the staff at Lumiere were very courteous and helpful with all my skin enquiries. The pre-consultation was very thorough and informative without being pushy at all. The treatment itself was much more than I expected, starting with a glorious head and neck massage and relaxing cleanse and moisture treatment. The ipl was intense as you'd expect it to be, followed by a very soothing and refreshing hydration mask. I'm so happy with my experience that I've already rebooked my next appointment!
