My first experience of the deep cleanse facial was more than I expected. Never had my face cleaned as thoroughly as Clara’s. She uses the latest machine to deep clean your skin. This I’ve never had before and my skin looked much fresher afterwards. It was a very relaxing facial. Ideal at the end of the working day.

I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

Masque crystal facial was great. Chantelle explained the process every step of the way and made sure I was super comfortable! The atmosphere of the shop is really great and all colleagues very professional. My skin looked amazing afterwards, so I would definitely recommend. My brow tint and shape with Manu was also great. Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting.
