Riana listens carefully to what you want and also talks you through realistic expectations. I've had 2 treatments with Riana and both have been attentive with amazing results. I came for a free consultation to ask Gina’s advice on hair colour. Although, it was for free, I was impressed how much attention she gave to me, listened with a lot of care, and shared very valuable information. She also was very honest, and specified her strength and specialization, and even recommended me a few other hair stylists to double-check and take second opinion into account. That attitude is extremely kind, and rare.

On the 11/01/24 was the first time I attended Fresh Skin Co. with the amazing Serlin!! First things first I would give 10/10 stars to Selin if I could! I was made to feel so welcome the studio was warm, very modern, smelt amazing and was very clean. Serlin is extremely organised, empathetic and very knowledgable.
