I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Very relaxing, Jasmine is lovely. The salon is also very relaxing and very easy to navigate with crutches. My skin feels the best it's felt in a long time ♥️

The atmosphere was calming, and the treatment left my skin glowing, soft, and deeply hydrated. I could see and feel the difference immediately. Angela always makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed with whatever i have done with her. My nails always look 10/10 and i always feel 10/10 when i have a facial. I recently had Dermaplaning with Angela, my skin looks and feels so much brighter and healthier. I can’t wait to book another one!

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend. Alice knows here stuff, is a fully qualified nurse, she explains everything she is doing, listens to your concerns, and tells you what products she is using. I also like that, she never tries to talk you into something you don't need. And will tell you if what you're asking for is unnecessary. Thanks Alice you are the best xx
