Shannon is a consummate professional. She genuinely cares about her craft and understands the importance of tattoo removal. She is worth every penny of the price and she is a great listener. Totally a 5 star Permanent makeup salon and more!! Shannon was very pleasant and personal from the minute I walked in the door. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her job and the work she does!! She is very detail oriented! She was kind enough to walk me over to the new Sound Bar venue. I can’t wait to try out some of the classes they offer and enjoy the cafe! I HIGHLY recommend all of her services!

I always love my visits w/Kathy at Dragonfly Salon. I purchased a Procell Microneedling pkg from her & had my 3rd visit today. She is so warm & friendly but also a consumate professional. She always explains exactly what she is doing & is concerned for my comfort level. I feel that Procell microneedling is really making a difference in my skin and I am very pleased with the results so far.

Have been going to Dragonfly for a few months for Micro Needling. The procedure can be a little uncomfortable but Shannon did a great job making me comfortable. Shannon is very professional and caring. I will now go for Dermaplaning. Can't wait!

Shannon is incredible. When you tattoo your face you kind of want someone who knows what they are doing. I’m over the moon with my new brows and wish I had done it sooner. Not only that but Shannon is a kind soul who is a pleasure to get to know.
